FLARES FOR BIOGAS
AQL-I is an open-combustion flare, which can be configured in manual ignition as standard. Optionally, the FAI can be updated to automatíc mode, before or after purchasing. That makes the New FAI the best and most cost-effective option for locations where no automatic flare is mandatory and open combustion is allowed! Available up to 500 Nm3/h, from 2,5 to 20 mbar.
The gas flare AQL-I series provides operators with an easy to use and safe gas flare system. The robust and functional design of the AQL-I primarily ensures a long service life, low maintenance and constant availability.
The flare AQL-I is manually operated, i.e., opening the gas valve turns on the gas supply and a subsequent press of a button electrically ignites the gas. The combustion process must be continually monitored by an operator. The operation of the flare is stopped by closing the valve.
AQL-I biogas flares are entirely made from 1.4571 stainless steel and fitted with high quality components and fixtures. Robustness, extended durability and low maintenance were particular focal points in the selection of the individual components used.
